Track & Trace
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. This is usually activated within 24 hours of shipping.
Pre-orders & longer delivery times
If an item is available for pre-order or has a longer delivery time, we clearly state this on the product page. For combined orders (in stock and pre-order), the order will be shipped all at once, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Lost or damaged packages
Is your order damaged or hasn't arrived? Please contact us immediately at info@zoluna.nl.
In this case, always keep the original packaging. We will contact the carrier and find a suitable solution.

For shipments outside the European Union, ZOLUNA is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, or other local taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
