Order & Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
If you order on a working day before 17:00, we will ship your order the same day. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will usually receive your package the next day. For more information regarding shipping, check out our shipping policy.
What are the shipping costs?
In the Netherlands, shipping is free from €49.95. Below that amount you pay €4.95. Orders to other countries? Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, or read more here.
Can I still change my order after I have paid?
That depends on how quickly you send us a message. Has your order not yet been shipped? Then we can often still adjust something. Send us an e-mail as soon as possible via info@nooteboomventures.nl .
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace link. This way you can see exactly when your package will be delivered.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Sure. We deliver throughout Europe. During checkout you will automatically see if your country is available and what the shipping costs are.
Can I also have an order delivered as a gift, without an invoice in the box?
Yes, that is possible. Please let us know by email or in the comments of your order, and we will ensure that no invoice is sent.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days to return your order. The product must be unused and in its original condition. In addition, we kindly request that you return the lamp in its original packaging. Please contact us via info@nooteboomventures.nl to register your return. For more information, please click here.
What if my product arrived damaged?
We will of course solve this properly. Send us an email as soon as possible with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will provide a suitable solution.
Do I have a warranty on my lamps?
Yes, you get a standard 2-year warranty on all ZOLUNA products.
Do I have to pay the return costs myself?
Yes, unless it concerns a wrongly delivered or damaged product. In that case we will reimburse the return costs.
How quickly will my money be refunded after a return?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount within 14 working days via the payment method you used.
What are the conditions for a return?
The product must be returned undamaged, unused and if possible in the original packaging. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
My lamp is not working as expected, what now?
Of course, that is not the intention. Send us a message with a short explanation and possibly a photo or video. We will then look together for a solution or replacement.
Product information
Do the lights also work in low sunlight?
Certainly! Our lamps also charge in cloudy weather or indirect daylight. Please note that the charge may be slightly less powerful in low sunlight, which may cause the burning time to be slightly shorter than in full sunlight. In most cases, however, the light remains sufficient for an atmospheric evening outside.
Are the lights waterproof?
Of course! All our lights are IP44 certified and therefore resistant to rain and splash water. Ideal for the entire outdoor season.
How long does a lamp burn on a full charge?
Depending on the model, this is between 8 and 14 hours. Check the product page for the exact burning time per lamp.
How do I choose the right type of lamp for my garden?
Do you want mood lighting along a path or in plants? Then choose a spike lamp . Are you looking for lighting for on the table or balcony? Then a table lamp is more suitable. Wall lamps are perfect for walls, fences or facades. Still in doubt? Feel free to send us a message.
Do I need electricity or an installer?
No! The best thing about all ZOLUNA lights is that they are completely wireless and work on solar energy. You can easily place them yourself without cables, tools or extra costs.
Use and Installation
How do I install a spike light?
Press the ground pin firmly into the ground in a place where there is sufficient sunlight during the day. Make sure that the lamp is upright and not overshadowed by trees or walls. Curious about the collection? Then click here .
What should I pay attention to when installing?
Make sure the solar panel gets as much direct sunlight as possible. Avoid places with shade during the day, because that affects the charging time and the burning time.
Can I easily move the lamps?
Yes, absolutely. The lights are lightweight and easy to reposition. Ideal if you occasionally redesign your garden or want to add other accents.
Do I have to turn on the lamp myself?
No, that is not necessary. The lights switch on automatically at dusk and off again at sunrise thanks to the built-in light sensor.
How do I maintain my lamp?
Occasionally wiping the solar panel with a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. This keeps the charging efficiency optimal. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
What happens when it is cloudy one day?
The lamp also charges in diffuse light, but possibly somewhat less powerfully. As a result, the burning time may be somewhat shorter than normal. On several cloudy days, it is advisable to temporarily move the lamp to a brighter spot.
