Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition: undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Always notify us of your return in advance by emailing info@zoluna.nl .

Please include your order number. After receiving your return, we have up to 14 days to process it. After that, the purchase price will be refunded via your original payment method.

Return costs

ZOLUNA will not reimburse return costs for normal returns.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning your order. We recommend sending your return with track & trace.

Received a damaged or broken product?

Did your product arrive damaged? We'll make sure to resolve it properly:

  • Please send photos of the product and packaging to info@zoluna.nl within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We assess the situation and immediately provide a suitable solution
